ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. IS A BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SHEET METAL FABRICATION COMPANY. WE CATER TO CHROME SHOPS & TRUCKING BUSINESSES WITH THE INTENTION OF RE-SELLING OUR PRODUCT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. AS IS SUCH; TO ORDER DIRECTLY FROM US, WE REQUIRE YOUR COMPANY TO PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR BUSINESS BY FILLING OUT AN ACCOUNT APPLICATION. CALIFORNIA BUSINESSES ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A RE-SALE CERTIFICATE, AS WELL AS PROVIDE THEIR BUSINESS TAX ID.

NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN PRE-PAID TERMS FOR THEIR FIRST ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS! AFTER THEIR FIRST ORDER, IF THEIR REFERENCES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED, WE MAY CHANGE TERMS TO C.O.S. OR NET-30.

PRE-PAID: ORDER MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE BEING PROCESSED.

C.O.S.: COST ON SHIPMENT, ORDER MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE BEING SHIPPED.

NET-30: ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED BASED ON PRODUCTION TIMES, AND CUSTOMER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THEIR ORDER IN FULL WITHIN 30 DAYS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUACE UNITED STATES MUST ALWAYS BE PRE-PAID. ANY EXCEPTIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND APPROVED BY ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC.

ACCOUNT CREDIT

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS WITH C.O.S. & NET-30 TERMS ALL CARRY A CREDIT LIMIT. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER THAT REACHES THE LIMIT OF YOUR CURRENT CREDIT, WE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. HAS THE RIGHT TO PLACE A CREDIT HOLD TO ALL ACCOUNTS WITH UNRESOLVED CHARGES AND OUTSTANDING BALANCES. TO “LIFT” THE CREDIT HOLD, THE ACCOUNT HOLDER MUST PAY THE CREDIT IN FULL.

INITIAL ORDERS

FIRST ORDERS MUST ALL BE A MINUMUM OF $3,500.00 AFTER QUALIFYING DISCOUNTS ARE APPLIED. SALES ORDERS MUST BE PRE-PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

FREIGHT

STANDARD SIZE PALLET ORDERS (48”X48”) TOTALING OVER $4,500.00 AFTER DISCOUNTS ARE APPLIED,QUALIFY FOR FREE FREIGHT. THIS INCLUDES MOST ITEMS OF REASONABLE SIZE, TRIMS, BOXES, ETC. STANDARD SIZE PALLET ORDER FREIGHT UNDER THE QUALIFYING AMOUNT WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE THE MOST APPROPRIATE CARRIER AVAILABLE. IF THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS A DIFFERENT CARRIER THAT RESULTS IN HIGHER SHIPPING COSTS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BILLED FOR THE DIFFERENCE.

LARGER SIZE PALLET ORDERS (48”X96”) TOTALING OVER $6,800.00 AFTER DISCOUNTS ARE APPLIDED, QUALIFY FOR FREE FREIGHT. THIS INCLUDES LARGER-SIZED ITEMS SUCH AS BUMPERS, CAB & SLEEPER PANELS, ETC. LARGE SIZE PALLET ORDER FREIGHT UNDER THE QUALIFYING AMOUNT WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE THE MOST APPROPRIATE CARRIER AVAILABLE. IF THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS A DIFFERENT CARRIER THAT RESULTS IN HIGHER SHIPPING COSTS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BILLED FOR THE DIFFERENCE.

ATA FACTORY WARRANTY

AS SOON AS YOU NOTICE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER, CONTACT US WITHIN 36 HOURS. PLEASE EMAIL US THE FOLLOWING:

1. A PHOTO SHOWING THE PRODUCT PACKAGING SHOWING ANY DAMAGE
2. A PHOTO OF THE STICKER LABELS ON THE PACKAGE BOX
3. A PHOTO OF THE PRODUCT, AND THE REFERENCED DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEM.
4. PO NUMBER, INVOICE NUMBER, OR ANY RELEVENT DOCUMENTATION
EMAIL SALES@ARANDATRUCKACC.COM. WE WILL RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL PROMPTLY WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS AND AN RMA FORM. MORE ON THIS BELOW.

WHAT QUALIFIES?

ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. WILL WARRANTY ALL STANDARD PART NUMBERS 12 MONTHS WITHIN THE ORIGINAL INVOICE DATE WITH PROVEN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS. ALL WARRANTIES ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. IF WE FIND THAT YOUR RECEIVED PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE DUE TO OUR FABRICATION PROCESS, WE WILL REPLACE THE PRODUCT, OR CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT. PURCHASE MAY NOT ASSIGN OR TRANSFER THIS WARRANTY, IT IS IMPORTANT YOU REVIEW YOUR ORDER WITHIN 36 HOURS OF RECEIVING.

WHAT DOESN'T QUALIFY?

ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. WILL NOT WARRANTY PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON A TRUCK OR HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE END USER REGARDLESS OF NOTICED DEFECT. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO ORDER WITHIN 36 HOURS OF RECEIVING. ALL PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING BEING WELDED, CUT, DRILLED, OR RESHAPED USING ANY PROCESS, WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR WARRANTY.
ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE INSTALLED OR MOUNTED CONTRARY TO THE RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION ADVICE OR PRODUCT’S INTENDED PURPOSE, WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR WARRANTY.
IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED, AND IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE CAUSE WAS THAT OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY. THEN IT MUST BE NOTED ON THE BOL OR ANY RELEVENT DOCUMENTS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIEVER TO INFORM US WITHIN 36 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE DAMAGED ITEM.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY ROAD HAZARDS, DEFECTS OR RUSTING CAUSED BY MISUSE, NEGLECT, ACCIDENT, ABUSE, OR CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENT INCLUDING ACID WASHES, WHICH CAN DISCOLOR STAINLESS STEELS. ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR OBLIGATION FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

CUSTOM ORDERS

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE BEING PROCESSED. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO DETERMINE IF THE ORDER IS CORRECT BASED ON THE PROVIDED INFORMATION WHETHER IT BE BY DRAWING, IMAGE, OR PROVIDED REFERENCES. IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS NOT TO EXPECTATION BUT WAS APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME, WE WILL NOT WARRANTY THE PRODUCT. IF THE CUSTOM ITEM RECEIVED IS DEEMED TO BE INCORRECT DUE TO THE FAULT OF ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. WE WILL WARRANTY THE PRODUCT USING THE STANDARD WARRANTY PROCESS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO REACH OUT TO THEIR ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORY REPRESENTATIVE WITHIN 36 HOURS OF RECEIVING THEIR CUSTOM ORDER WITH ANY ISSUES REGARDING THAT ORDER. INQUIRIES REGARDING CUSTOM ITEMS AFTER THIS GRACE PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED AS ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE WARRANTIED.

RMA PROCESS

ALL INQUIRIES AND CLAIMS MUST BE EMAILED TO SALES@ARANDATRUCKACCESSORIES.COM. EMAILS MUST CONTAIN THE MINIMUM OF 3 IMAGES SHOWING THE DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCT. THE STICKER ON THE BOX WITH THE INFORMATION OF ORDER. AND AN IMAGE OF THE INVOICE, SALES ORDER, ORDER CONFIRMATION, OR ANY RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION TO THE ORDER BEING CLAIMED. ALONGSIDE THIS WE REQUIRE:
1. THE BUSINESS NAME
2. FULL CONTACT INFORMATION (NAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS)
3. PART NUMBER REGARDING THE CLAIM
4. INVOICE OR SALES ORDER NUMBER REGARDING THE CLAIM
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL. WE SEND YOU AN RMA FORM. IN THAT FORM YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A RMA NUMBER TO REFERENCE THE STATUS OF YOUR CLAIM. ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. WILL DETERMINE IF YOUR ORDER QUALIFIES UNDER THE WARRANTY AND WILL SEND YOU FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PACKAGE & SHIP THE PRODUCT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE RMA FORM DATE. ALL RMA REQUESTS OVER THE 30 DAY GRACE PERIOD WILL BE CLOSED.
ALL ITEMS DETERMINED TO NOT BE COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY AND REQUESTED TO BE RETURNED IS SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. FREIGHT AND SHIPPING TO BE PRE-PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED INTACT AND COMPLETE, EACH ITEM WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FULL INSPECTION. ANY SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING PROCESSES MUST BE DOCUMENTED ON BOL OR RELEVANT DOCUMENTS. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. BEFORE ACCEPTING RETURNED ITEMS. ANY RETURN BY FAULT OF CUSTOMER WILL INCLUDE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE COMPLETE AND IN GOOD CONDITION FOR RESALE.

WHAT RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED?

ORDERS OR RETURNS NOT INFORMED BY ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. WILL NOT BE APPROVED. ORDERS WITH NO REFERENCE TO THEIR PURCHASE OR WITH INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION WILL NOT BE APPROVED. ITEMS IN WHICH DAMAGE, MODIFICATION, MISUSE, OR INCORRECTLY INSTALLED BASED ON THE RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION ADVICE OR PURPOSE WILL NOT BE APPROVED. ALL ITEMS THAT HAVE EXCEEDED THE 12 MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF THE INVOICE WILL NOT BE APPROVED. ITEMS AND ORDERS DETERMINED TO BE OF A DISTRIBUTOR’S RESALE OF THE PRODUCT WITHOUT INFORMING THAT DISTRIBUTOR WITH THE CLAIM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ORDERS THAT ARRIVE INCOMPLETE OR IS NOT OF THE AGREED UPON ISSUE WITHIN THE CLAIM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS NOT COMPLIANT TO ANY OR ALL OF OUR CONDITIONS.
UNAPPROVED CUSTOM ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A RETURN IS ACCEPTED?

WHEN A RETURN IS ACCEPTED, ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. WILL DETERMINE IF A REPLACEMENT MUST BE SENT. IF NO RETURN IS TO BE SENT OUT, ARANDA TRUCK ACCESSORIES, INC. WILL ISSUE A CREDIT OF THE VALUE OF THE ITEM AT THE DATE OF PURCHASE, TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
